Call (615) 436-9486 or message us. Tell us the symptom, the fixture, and whether water is still running. We confirm a time window, tell you what to shut off, and keep the appointment. For emergencies, we prioritise active flooding, sewage, and safety concerns.
Your plumber inspects, tests, and locates the fault. Meters, pressure tests, camera inspection, and listening equipment are used where they help. You are shown what was found and told, in plain language, what caused it.
You receive options with real numbers: repair now, repair later, or replace, with the trade-offs of each. You decide. No work starts without your approval, and the price you approve is the price for that option.
We complete the approved work, run water, test under pressure, check for leaks, and clean up. We walk through what was done, what to watch for, and what maintenance would help next.
Questions during or after the visit? Call us. A repair that needs a follow-up check is reported honestly, not left for you to discover.
